At New Zealand Academic & Learning Institute (NZALI), we’re proud to be an NZQA-registered Category 1 private training provider (PTE), with over a decade of experience in adult education. When you learn with us, you’re supported by passionate, learner-centred facilitators who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
Since 2022, we’ve been delivering Salesforce training across four key areas: System Administrator, App Builder, Developer, and Business Analyst. Our workshops don’t just teach practical Salesforce skills; they also offer the opportunity to earn NZQA-approved Micro-Credentials. These qualifications provide formal recognition of your achievement and can open doors to further study and professional growth.
In 2025, we launched an exciting new fully online delivery model for our Salesforce Administrator programme, featuring live, interactive Zoom workshops. We spent time perfecting this approach to ensure our high-quality teaching and strong learner support remain at the heart of your experience. We’re confident we’ve achieved the perfect balance - delivering flexible, engaging online learning that keeps you connected and supported every step of the way.
Our 2-hour bite-sized workshops, currently held on Saturdays, are designed to fit around your busy work-life schedules - giving you the flexibility to upskill without compromise.
Feel free to contact us if you are interested in organising private workshops for your business / organisation which can be delivered flexibly.

Rebecca graduated in our class of 2024. After completing the programme Rebecca went on to successfully pass the Salesforce Admin Certification Exam in the first attempt! She now works as a co-facilitator in NZALI's Salesforce programmes.
Ana started our programme from a non-tech role, with no prior experience in CRM systems. Ana went on to successfully complete the micro-credential, Salesforce Administrator Superbadges, and is now working in the tech industry!
For Kevin, completing this micro-credential was a bigger commitment than most, at the time he was working as a youth worker in Australia, and hearing about the opportunity this programme could create, he decided to commit to moving back to New Zealand, to pursue his ambition of working in the tech industry. Kevin participated in our Intensive Exam Preparation Workshop, where we prepare learners for Salesforce Certification. Having completed the workshop, Kevin sat the Salesforce Administrator Certification Exam and achieved it on his first attempt!
Tania’s motivations for doing this micro-credential were 'to move my career into a different path, further Pasifika women in tech, and provide a pathway my younger family can follow.’ Tania is now a graduate of our CRM System Admin Micro-Credential, is Salesforce Admin Certified, and working in tech!
