Kickstart Salesforce: From Zero to Your First Dashboard

What to expect

• An interactive live Zoom session, led by an experienced facilitator. 

• The session will include: Scenarios, challenges, quizzes, building tasks, and reflection time.  

• The session will cover 4 essential modules to kickstart your first Salesforce Dashboard: 

  • • Module 1: Understanding CRM and Salesforce 

    • Module 2: Getting Started with Salesforce 

    • Module 3: Working with Objects, Fields & Records 

    • Module 4: Intro to Reports & Dashboards

    • Workshop Wrap-Up & Challenge Recap

You will leave the session being able to: 

• Perform administrative functions in a CRM system that uses drag-and-drop declarative programming.

• Describe organisational and business structures, demonstrating how a CRM system that uses ‘drag-and-drop‘ solutions supports businesses and organisations to achieve their strategic objectives. 

• Explore and apply communication strategies and techniques used by CRM administrators, that support effective engagement with others.

• Access to the CRM Online Learning Platform;

• Upon completion of the workshop, be issued with an NZALI-endorsed Digital Badge verifying your achievement! 

• Plus, you can earn an NZQA-approved micro-credential upon successful completion of all four workshops. 

Entry criteria 

In order to participate in these workshops you need to:

• Be a New Zealand Resident / Citizen, or an Australian Resident / Citizen* 

• Be 18 years or older**

• Be able to confidently use Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.

*If you are not a New Zealand or Australian Resident/Citizen, you must have an IELTS General score of 5.5 overall, or equivalent, with no band less than 5.

**We may ask for a copy of your ID.
