The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) helps eligible New York State residents pay tuition at approved schools in New York State.

NY Excelsior Free Tuition Scholarship
The Excelsior Scholarship provides free tuition for residents of New York State attending a SUNY or CUNY two- or four-year degree program.
Quest Bridge Scholarship for high achieving seniors (full rides to private colleges)
Posse Scholarship for seniors (free tuition at specific private colleges)
Scholarship Plus for high achieving high financial need seniors (assistance throughout all four years of college)
