1. After receiving your formal appointment letter, your home department will then submit your onboarding documentation to A&S Payroll

2. A&S Payroll or your home department (sciences only) will then initiate your IT onboarding & creation of your NYU NetID

3. Once your hire is finalized, you will be prompted via your NYU email to complete required onboarding tasks in NYU's payroll system, PeopleSync (Workday), such as direct deposit enrollment

4. You are now eligible to pickup your Photo ID card

5. Your home department will also contact you to complete your U.S. employment authorization (i-9)

6. All employees must also complete the the NYUiLearn course entitled “OEO 150: NYU Sexual Harassment Prevention Training” within 30 days of hire
