Our school adopts Chinese as our medium of instruction. In order to enhance students’ English proficiency, we invest a lot of human resources in the teaching of English. On top of our school-based small class policy, we have extra language classes in which students' ability is taken into consideration when streaming. Students of approximate ability are grouped into the same classes to facilitate learning and teaching. With smaller class sizes, more interactive language activities can be carried out to maximize student-centered learning. In the meantime, learning materials are geared to the interest, ability and needs of students in different ability classes. This is to raise and sustain students' interest and motivation.
