Design 360

Photoshop, Illustrator & Design Concepts

Description

Design 360 links together TechConnect's Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator classes in a flexible series with design projects to extend learning beyond the classroom.

The program will focus on Adobe's industry-standard software and will allow students to use both programs as tools for design and artistic expression, giving them a solid foundation to build in-demand skills.

How Does Design 360 Work?

Attend
Prerequisite Classes

Design 360 is for going beyond the basics. Take Photoshop Basics and Illustrator Basics before attending Design 360 classes.

Sequence of
Classes

Classes are numbered because the skills learned in one class often build on those of previous classes. If you feel you didn't fully absorb the material in one class, you are welcome to take it again.

Finish the
Projects

Each class is accompanied by a project that applies the skills covered in class. Work on this project on your own or come by a Creative Open Lab to work and get help from a TechConnect Instructor.

Class Requirements

All classes assume completion of Photoshop Basics and Illustrator Basics or familiarity with the material covered in the classes below.

Classes can be completed in any order, at any location, and students are welcome to repeat classes as necessary.
