Nellie

"Nellie" is a 27 year old chestnut mare that was an owner surrender. She is just a huge sweetheart that is loves all the attention, food and love that she can get. Nellie stands about 14.3 hands and just requires all the love in the world. 

Nellie's owner was diagnosed with cancer and could not care for her anymore. She came to us because they trusted us to care for her for either her last days or until she has a new home.

Nellie is just a big cuddlebug and shouldn't ever be a problem behaviorally in anyone's barn. We suspect she has Cushing's and will be testing in February.

Her previous owner has requested to just know what happens with her and will only contact if the next home is okay with it.

Nellie's adoption fee is $500 and only to approved applications. She will come fully vaccinated, coggins negative, microchipped, feet done and dewormed.
