Mount

- Upa escape (Bridge and roll)

- Bent arm bar
- X collar choke
Self-defense
1. Standing headlock defense with frame
2. Double under hook clinch with head to chest takedown to mount
3. Ground headlock escape with frame and leg over the head, end up in cross side or
armbar
4. Technical stand with weight from partner pushing down
Side control (cross side)
Top:
- Basic holding position to knee mount and back to cross side
- Transition from cross side to mount
Bottom:
- Frame neck and shrimp back to guard
Guard
Top:
- Stand up to open legs knee and butt to open legs
- Bullfight standing pass to knee mount
Bottom:
- Safety position head and arm control
- Sit-up turnover
- Bent armbar (Kimura style)
- Recovering guard drill (hand on hip or knee)
Back mount
- Hooks in with seatbelt to rear naked choke
