Goal 3 We will continue to provide a safe, secure and robust infrastructure to handle today and tomorrow’s technology needs.

All students and educators will have access systems, networks, supports and policies that maintain and improve technology enabled learning.

Action Steps

• Continue to evaluate the district’s direction regarding devices including student chromebooks, teacher laptops, interactive displays and projectors.
• Continue to evaluate and maintain updated technology equipment including wireless infrastructure in buildings and classrooms.
• Continue to evaluate bandwidths needs for both educational and infrastructure needs.
• Update guidelines for reviewing the purchase and renewal of instructional technology tools and resources.
• Pursue all available e-Rate federal funding for all qualified network components.
