The SCOUTUSblog provides insight into the proceedings and cases decided by the United States Supreme Court. Use the tabs at the top to find information about specific cases. The Merits Case Pages and Archives can be searched from the main page (right side of the page). There is also a useful tab at the top called "Plain English" which simplifies cases for the average reader.
