About Mrs. Smith

Mrs. Merrie Smith is a school counselor with over 30 years of experience working with students.  She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Geneva College, and then went on to earn her Master's in Education in School Counseling from Lehigh University.  In addition for serving as a school counselor at Northwestern Lehigh Middle School, she is also the Advisor for Student Council.  Mrs. Smith is dedicated to helping students meet with success academically, socially, and emotionally.  She strives to deliver programs and supports that are innovative and engaging for all students.

In addition, Mrs. Smith is inspired daily by her husband, her 3 dogs, and 3 cats. In her free time, Mrs. Smith likes garden, go to flea markets, and work on arts and crafts.
