TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

We will utilize Zoom for large-group presentations and Discord for intra-company communications.

Friday, March 19th

Students are assigned to companies via email. Students will be allowed to begin setting up communications infrastructure within Discord (communication platform).

Friday, March 26th

6pm - 9pm -- Opening Ceremonies and Technical Sessions via Zoom

Saturday, March 27th

Company work time

Sunday, March 28th

8:30am -- Company Presentations

4:00pm -- Awards
