All registrations are made through the Northwest Area Education Agency.
We need to know how many students from your school are most likely going to participate in the competition.
Please fill out this form by October 1 to reserve the number of student spots for your school.
For the competition, the registration fee will be $240 per Texas participant and $530 per Iowa participant (due to transportation costs). This fee applies to chaperones, as well. With the registration fee, each person will receive two nights lodging, 3 meals Saturday, 2 meals Sunday, a t-shirt, an electronic program book, and an amazing aerospace competition experience.
Adult volunteers and industry professionals do not need to pay the fee, but should register using the "Adult Registration" link below.
After October 1, we will email you to confirm how many students from your school will be participating in this year's event. Once confirmed, we will have your students register individually. Final individual student registration is due December 22nd by 3:00 pm.

Full payment is due January 20th by 3:00pm. No refunds are possible after January 20, 2022.
**Once your number of student participants is confirmed, please send payment fee of $240 per person (TX) or $ 30 per person (IA) to the address below. Checks payable to Northwest Area Education Agency. Credit cards may be utilized for a small processing fee.

** Only U.S. Citizens are permitted to participate this year, unlike previous years in which foreign nationals holding a valid passport, Visa and green card could participate. This is due to contractual obligations with NASA and NASA's visitor requirements.
