PLANNING AHEAD: Has your child demonstrated excellence in academics, visual or performing arts, or leadership? If so, please contact Mrs. Zinn with details and consider nomination to the NJAGC Distinguished Students Award. This award deadline occurs each year in December and is open to ANY student. See below for details.
The NJAGC Distinguished Student Awards are given to students who exhibit outstanding accomplishment in the areas of Academics, Visual or Performing Arts, or Leadership. There are two separate awards for students in grades 3-5 and for students in grades 6-8.
An eligible candidate:
● Must be in either grades 3-5 or 6-8 during the current school year.
● May attend public, private, charter, or parochial school or a home school.
● Can be nominated by parents, teachers, community or civic groups, or by self-nomination.
Deadlines for all nominations are In December. You do not have to be a member to submit or receive a nomination in this category. If you have questions, contact us at awards@njagc.org
