The enrichment program will provide small group instruction one period a week to students identified by the enrichment assessment matrix with Aimsweb screening as a component. The curriculum provides opportunities for students to participate in lessons/activities designed to promote problem solving, creativity and critical thinking skills.
*Kindergarten will be identified during the first trimester.
Primary Education Thinking Skills or PETS is a systematized enrichment thinking skills program. Lessons are presented in convergent analysis, divergent synthesis, visual/spatial thinking and evaluation.
First and Second Grade Enrichment students: independent study on animals and phenomena in our world.
