Where is the Lost & Found located?
The Lost & Found is located in the Student Success Office (SSO).
What items are typically turned in?
Items commonly turned in include:
Water bottles
Clothing (hoodies, jackets, sweaters)
Lunch bags
Backpacks
Eyeglasses
Keys
Athletic equipment
Cell phones and electronic devices
How do I claim a lost item?
Visit the Student Success Office and provide a description of the item. Be prepared to identify specific details to verify ownership.
How long are items kept?
Items are generally held for a limited period. Unclaimed items may be donated, discarded, or turned over to district procedures at the end of each semester or school year.
What should I do if I lose something?
Retrace your steps.
Check with your teachers and classrooms.
Visit the Student Success Office to see if the item has been turned in.
Continue checking periodically, as items may be turned in several days after they are lost.
6. I found an item. What should I do?
Please turn all found items in to the Student Success Office as soon as possible so they can be returned to their owner.
7. Can parents pick up lost items?
Yes. Parents/guardians may pick up items from the Student Success Office during regular school hours.
8. Can the school search for my lost item?
School staff will assist when possible; however, students are responsible for keeping track of their personal belongings. The school cannot guarantee that lost items will be located.
9. How can I prevent losing my belongings?
Label personal items with your name.
Keep track of your belongings during transitions.
Avoid leaving items unattended.
Double-check classrooms, the cafeteria, and buses before leaving.
