The CCSD APE department offers a monthly school-based Paralympic Family Night to promote physical activity, healthy lifestyle choices, and competitive sports opportunities for children with physical disabilities (ambulatory, non-ambulatory, or visual impairment) in an inclusive setting. The Paralympic Family Night is open to all school-aged students with an Individualized Education Program identified with an orthopedic or visual impairment. Families, friends, and siblings are welcome and encouraged to participate.
