Download and complete the questionnaire to give to your teachers, coaches, counselor, or any other adult you'd like to write a letter of recommendation on your behalf. This will help them write a letter that highlights all of your accomplishments and ensures you stand out!

Remember to ask for a letter of recommendation at least two weeks in advance.
