The Nueva MUN club hosts monthly Current Affairs Presentations, a series of presentations on current affairs, historical events, country profiles, and more. These in-depth presentations occur every Tuesday and are open to Nueva high school students. CAP aims to brief students on comprehensive and current stories about the world around us while sparking curiosity in students who might not naturally gravitate toward the humanities.

Previous speakers have included presidential advisers, senior fellows from think tanks, PhD students, and journalists.
