Guests arriving before 3:00 pm cannot enter the room and may come to the self-service cloakroom next to the front desk on the 3rd floor of the Single building to store their luggage. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, but the entrance is locked during the following hours (1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next morning). If the guests arrive between 1:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m., please use the intercom in front of the entrance to confirm your reservation.

Ground Transportation
Participants are responsible for getting to/from the airport. Travel to/from the airport and travel that is not related to Bootcamp is at the expense of the traveler. PARTICIPANTS ONLY will receive their complimentary Welcome Suica pre-paid card (for their travel to/from Tokyo Tech for the duration of Bootcamp) during Bootcamp check-in on Sunday, July 30th from 12:00 - 3:30 PM in the Hotel lobby of Ours Inn Hankyu.
For traveling in Japan, the Welcome Suica makes a more pleasant trip.
