Dress Code
You’ll have free time over the weekend; Please make sure you bring business attire for your group’s presentations on Friday, August 11th.
Appropriate attire – While we don’t expect you to wear suits or dresses to each of the sessions, we do have professional speakers flying in just to speak to you. Please make sure you are respectful in your day-to-day attire.
Field Trip attire - The facility will provide a hard hat, safety vest, cut gloves and safety glasses (please return the hat and vest).
Shirts – Long sleeves are a requirement for sleeve length (shirts will be provided). No short sleeve, peekaboo or cold shoulder sleeves.
Pants – Must be full inseam length to top of shoes, no shorts, no capri length, no skirts/dresses.
Athletic shoes – Such as sneakers or tennis shoes are recommended. Specifically hard/steel/composite toe shoes are NOT required. Open-toe/heel shoes are not allowed.
Business attire – You will be expected to be in business/professional attire for your final presentations on Friday, August 11th. For men, that means a suit and a tie. Dress pants and a sport coat or blazer also would work. For women, business professional can mean a suit, but there is more leeway, and a dress and blouse without a blazer is acceptable. This day will include a train ride from the presentations to the reception, so keep that in mind for your shoe selection.
