Research Project Fee Exemption Policy

Projects conducted by university personnel are subject to the following fee considerations:

Fee Exemption Applies When:

• The researcher receives no external funding support

• The researcher receives funding from government agencies

Fee Payment Required When:

• The researcher receives funding support from private sector sources

Note: In cases requiring payment, all submission expenses must be paid in accordance with the rates specified in this announcement.
