What is Smart Board MX with iQ?
This new generation of SMART Boards has no projector, rather it is an all-in-one, interactive display. The smart awareness feature means you can go from writing to selecting to erasing and the board automatically recognizes what you are doing, without having to choose different tools. It also allows more than one student to interact with the board at the same time. The iQ software built into the board means that you have touch capabilities automatically, without the need to plug in via a USB cable. It also incudes built-in access to the web, whiteboard, widgets, and more! In addition to the board, we also have access to SMART Learning Suite which includes Notebook and Lumio, to aid in the creation of interactive lessons!

NSSEO has new MX SMART Boards with iQ technology placed throughout the district. In addition, we have access to SMART Learning Suite software which includes Notebook and Lumio. Please contact your innovative learning coach to have accounts setup and to learn more, view the teacher guide, with video modules, below:
Students
Synchronous Learning
Class Code: In addition to interacting with lessons on the Smartboard, students can join live interactive lessons from their devices as well. All learners start by going to Hellosmart.com then they log in either 1) as a guest by choosing that button then entering the class code or 2) by entering their Google email address/password and then the class code.
Students
Asynchronous Learning
Link: Students can also join their own personal copy of a lesson any time, anywhere, and work at their own pace via a link the teacher shares. Students simply click the link and then login by entering their Google email address/password. Note: this option is unavailable for guest users.
