Martin Walton B.Sc (Hons)

Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Bedfordshire in Computer Science.

His first job being in the IT department of a precious metals company, Martin soon found his passion was for information security and specialised in a number of security technologies before being promoted to IT manager of his own site in North London. It was a natural progression from there into the world of IT security within the banking sector and worked in the security and regulatory compliance department of several global banks including UBS Warburg, Natwest , HSBC & MSCI as well as other Government agencies and financial institutions. Today Martin is the founder and CTO of Compliancy One, a legal and compliancy firm focusing of data privacy.

Today, as well as information security, Martin has a passion for Firefighting and serves as a Captain at the Lunenburg and District Fire Department.

Martin's Hobbies include working on his organic hobby farm which supplies blackcurrants to the distillery industry and walking Archer, his four legged best friend.
