TIPS FOR SENIORS

Final Transcripts

Final transcripts are sent to your college of choice based on the information you provide when you complete your senior survey in the spring of your senior year. If you do not complete the senior survey, we do not automatically send your transcript. If you change your plans after completing the senior survey, please contact the registrar and your counselor with the correct information.

Final transcripts are sent out within 5-7 business days after the date of graduation. The majority of transcripts are sent electronically during the week following graduation, but others must be sent via postal mail which adds time to the process.

If you receive notification from your college that your transcript has not been received, please contact the high school registrar at 315-218-4003 or kshenandoah@nscsd.org

High School Diploma

If you do not pick up your diploma at graduation, please contact Diane Clancy at 315-218-4002.

We do not retain a copy of your high school diploma and are unable to reproduce it in the event it is lost or damaged. An official transcript will serve as acceptable proof of graduation.

Other Records to Keep

We recommend that you obtain a copy of your immunizations and/or your IEP or 504 plan (if you have one) and store these records with your other permanent records like your birth certificate.  We do not retain these records permanently.
