REMINDER FOR COACHES 

Make sure you properly enter marks into the Varsity Bound site.  Field events should be list according to the proper portion of an inch.  Running events should be listed according to handheld or electronic entries accordingly.  Electronic times should be listed to the hundredth of a second (13.96) while handheld times should be rounded up and listed to the tenth of a second (14.0 not 14.00) Please Do not convert times from handheld to electronic.  Management  will do that when selecting entries. (Probably start converting times late in the week of final entries).

Coaches will need to go to the site named above. Once there, most schools will more than likely need to use the option on the left which says: Sign Up 

If you HAVE NOT already signed up for THIS MEET and are not managing a roster in this system, please fill out the form below and click on Sign Up to begin the process. The User Name and Password you assign below can be used to edit your entries so please remember them.

1. The coach will need to fill out all the fields. Make sure they select "Roster Management Account". Then, they will need to click "Submit". 

2. From there on it's pretty simple. Just select "Add individual entry". This will prompt you to type in the athlete's name and their year in school. Once they have done that, they select "ok". 

3. The next screen which pops us will show the list of events. They simply type in the entry mark for the event(s) they want to enter and then select "ok" when finished. 

Coaches will need to repeat the above steps for each and every athlete they enter into the meet. This can take some time, but the good thing is, once the entire roster is in the website's database, it can be exported and reused any time aspimeetz is providing the on-line entry service. 

In addition, if the roster has already been created in Sydex, or another roster management-type program, I believe it can be imported into aspimeetz. This allows the coach to skip step #2 above. 

At any point before the entry deadline, they can click the button "Save without declaring". This will save what they have already done, but will allow them to sign back in at a later time and finish/edit their entries. 

When/if they choose to come back at a later time to work on their entries again, they will need to click on the entry link above, but THEN choose the option on the right which says: Log In
