Apprenticeship Programs
An apprenticeship is a job where the worker or apprentice learns a trade. The apprenticeship usually lasts about four years and consists of on-the-job training as well as classroom instruction. Graduates are registered to receive certificates of completion from the U.S. Department of Labor or federally approved state apprentice agencies.
Students wishing additional information regarding any of the above mentioned programs should contact their school counselor who can refer the student to various resources.
