FRENCH II

French II continues the development of the four basic skills within a communicative context. Proficiency is stressed by means of more advanced work in conversation, presentation, and composition. Honors will cover, in greater breadth and depth, the same core material and will feature additional topics.  By the end of this level, students will be able to communicate and exchange information about a variety of familiar topics, needs, wants and preferences using a series of simple sentences and familiar questions.  They will understand the main idea of messages and simple conversations they hear or texts they read.
