Supply List: cupcake liners, scissors, glue, paper, crayons or markers
Have your child snip around the cupcake liner to make the petals. Make sure your child is holding the scissors and liner correctly. Your child can either cut out a circle from construction paper for the center or color one, then glue to paper and decorate the background!
