Opportunites

Volunteers play a vital role in making recital weekend smooth, organized, and joyful for our dancers and patrons. We have several ways families can help before and during recital weekend, and we are deeply grateful for those who step in to serve our studio community in this way. 

Volunteer Opportunities & Scheduling

Recital Prep

• Help with preparing and organizing recital merchandise, flowers, props, etc.

• Prior to recital weekend - Scheduled flexibly based on the needs of the assigned task. Specific times will be coordinated directly with NTDA staff.

Lobby Stations

•  Assist families and guests at lobby areas including: Photo Booth, Flower Pickup & Sales, Recital Boutique Shop.

• Saturday, May 23rd morning

Ushers

• Help guests find their seats and assist with audience flow inside the theater.

• Saturday, May 23rd morning

Backstage Class Parents (Please note: All Class Parent volunteers for this performance have already been selected.)

• Assist dancers in the Green Room and backstage areas, help keep classes organized, and support dancers as they prepare to perform. 

• Friday, May 22nd evening (only for classes with Dress Rehearsal that night) and Saturday May 23rd morning
