Summer training will begin Monday June 7 at the Englewood Reserve. (Use the entrance by Main & National).  We will meet at 8:15 a.m. down by the picnic tables.  For more information, see the "Practices" tab!

Important Guidelines about Summer Training:

- ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE PHYSICAL ON FILE (GOOD FOR 13 MONTHS). The physical form can be turned in to Coach Barnes!

- ALL ATHLETES MUST BRING THEIR OWN WATER/SPORTS DRINK.

-It's a good idea to get fitted for proper running shoes.  This can be done at a variety of stores in the area: Runner's Plus, Up and Running are a few.
