One element of the our email protocols is to add your photograph to your google profile. There are several benefits for this: we rely heavily on the use of email and being able to see a photo of the person you are in correspondence with adds a much more personal element to the conversation.
It is a great advantage when using google meet as well, as meeting participants will see your photo rather than your initial, if your video is not switched on.
Because of the above, it is the strong preference of the Trust that all employees add their photo to their google profile, but we do understand that in a minority of cases, there may be circumstances where you would prefer not to do so. If you have a compelling reason not to add your photo, this will not be enforced.
Please do ensure when adding your photo, that it is an appropriate image of yourself, in business dress. It should not be an avatar, or any other representation of you, or an object or landscape etc. A current professional-looking headshot is what is required.
Remember to follow these rules at all times
