Layla has a quick and genuine smile that she brings to class everyday. She is excited to learn new things about food and cooking and jumps into every project willingly. While she is not shy about expressing her opinion through critique, it is usually with a positive spin whether she likes something or not. Layla was presented with many challenges this year in attending NOCCA, but her dedication and commitment to the program was never in question.
