Welcome to the Fundamentals Program—your first step in the Nobel Internships journey! This program is designed to equip you with essential digital skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication techniques that will set you up for success in your internship and beyond.

As a Nobel intern, you're part of a global network of young people. You’ll join Nobel teams, and as you grow, you’ll have the chance to solve real problems inside Nobel.

Fundamentals Pathway

Your Pathway starts with taking a course - Your Intro Course. Your second course is always the Leadership Course, in which you learn about Leadership and facilitating in Nobel.

Leadership Practice is where you facilitate your Intro Course to your peers, and they facilitate theirs to you. EduQuest facilitation is where you facilitate the Group Interview sessions for new incoming Interns. And finally, Advanced Leadership Pracice is where you facilitate the Intro courses of the new cohort, ensuring that you learn and lead the new batch of interns.
