What is Leadership Practice? Why is it important?

Leadership Practice is where you apply what you've learned by stepping into real facilitation roles. It is a crucial stage in the Nobel Fundamentals Program, where you'll facilitate your Intro Course to peers.

By facilitating courses and working with peers, you'll:

Solidify your Learning: Facilitating reinforces the concepts learned in the Intro and Leadership Courses, making them stick.
Develop confidence in your abilities and leadership style.
Enhances Communication Skills: Learn the art of clear communication, active listening, and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
You'll learn teamwork and how to collaborate with diverse individuals and guide group discussions
The skills you gain here are directly transferable to Real-World Leadership responsibilities and projects.
Active and successful participation in the Leadership Practice phases is a key requirement for completing the Learner to Leader pathway and receiving your Nobel Internships certificate.

Facilitation in Nobel – What it is & How to do it

Facilitation at Nobel means guiding a group’s learning process. Not teaching or lecturing, but sparking conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and creating a safe, engaging space.

To facilitate well:

Prepare thoroughly by reviewing the course materials sent to you.
Encourage active participation and engagement during the meetings.
Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance.

What is ALP (Advanced Leadership Practice)?

ALP is the final stage in your leadership journey. It’s where you facilitate the Intro Course for new interns joining the program.

By leading new interns through their initial steps, you'll solidify your own knowledge, practice your facilitation skills with a fresh group, and contribute directly to the growth of the Nobel community. Successful completion of ALP demonstrates a high level of leadership and commitment.

What is EQ Facilitation?

EQ Facilitation (EduQuest) means guiding the Group Interview session for incoming interns. It’s a space where potential interns are introduced to Nobel’s norms, values, and vision.

In this role, you’ll:

Facilitate group discussions.
Assess soft skills like collaboration and communication.
Offer feedback and recommendations.
Represent Nobel’s culture to newcomers.
