Speed Stacks is a unique and exciting sport where participants stack and unstack 12 specially designed plastic cups in predetermined sequences. Stackers race against the clock, each other and in relays. It truly is a sport you have to see to believe.Speed Stacks promotes bilateral proficiency, cross-lateralization and develops physical skills such as hand –eye coordination, quickness, focus, self-confidence, teamwork and good sportsmanship.
