Enrichment classes will start in October. The students will be able to sign up for their 1st and 2nd choices. My enrichment club this year will be The Duct Tape Club. Our group will design various school supply items with duct tape. We will sell our items at various times throughout the school year to raise money to help take care of our school pets. If at any time you would like to donate any duct tape, we are always in need! We will also be making cards using various stamps to donate to various places throughout our community.
I will be having a Career Day for the students in grades K - 5th on April 12th. We will have various speakers throughout the community to come in and share their jobs with our students. Kindergarten and first grader classes will go outside to see the trucks and vehicles used in different careers. Second through fifth graders will have speakers in their classes talking about the careers they have.
I will have various speakers for parents throughout the year to talk about subjects requested by our parents.
