In this unit, students will understand theorems about lines, angles, triangles, and quadrilaterals. Students will prove lines to be parallel or perpendicular using the relationships between angles formed by intersecting. They will also prove triangles to be isosceles or equilateral and quadrilaterals to be parallelograms, rectangles, rhombi, or squares. Students will use their algebra skills to find the value of missing variables, angle measures, and side lengths.
