01. 口頭發表分為三個時段:
<Track 1>08:30-10:00、<Track 2>14:00-15:00、
<Track 3>15:15-16:15
02. 每間會議室均設有2位大會工作人員,如有疑問可現場詢問。
03.持有名牌的與會者、發表者及教師才能進入會場。
04. 每篇論文發表時間為 8 分鐘,問答(Q&A)時間為 2 分鐘,共計 10 分鐘。會場將提供以下時間提醒:
• 第 5 分鐘: 響鈴1次 + 舉牌提醒剩餘時間
• 第 7 分鐘: 響鈴1次 + 舉牌提醒剩餘時間
• 第 8 分鐘: 響鈴2次 + 舉牌提醒結束發表
• 第 10 分鐘:響鈴2次 + 舉牌提醒結束問答
Ex:若開始時間為上午8:30分,8:40分為第一位發表者發表結束,8:50為第二位發表者發表結束,以此類推,若第一位發表者於8:33分才開始報告,結束發表及問答的時間一樣為8:40,因此請在場所有人員確切的把握時間,且在上一位發表時,下一位依照工作人員的安排進行等待
05. 發表時間原則為 8 分鐘,若有必要,可經主持人同意後調整發表順序。
06. 每場可於單篇發表後進行 2 分鐘問答,亦可依主持人指示,統一於場次最後進行評論與提問。
07. 提問者請先報出姓名及服務單位,每人以發言一次為原則。
08. 每間會議室講桌上皆備有一台電腦,請發表人統一使用大會電腦進行報告。
09. 發表人與主持人請準時到場,並配合議程安排,勿遲到,逾時不候。
10. 每場會議結束前,請發表人及其文章共同作者與主持人合影留念。
11. 發表時請著正式服裝。
12. 發表內容僅代表發表者本人立場,不代表本活動立場。
13. 發表人須自行攜帶簡報檔,並於場次開始前 30 分鐘 將檔案儲存至講桌電腦,請確認檔案為 Office 2019含以下版本或PDF檔。
01. The oral presentations are divided into three sessions:
<Track 1>08:30-10:00、<Track 2>14:00-15:00、

02. Each conference room will have two staff members available. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them on-site.
03.Only participants, presenters, and teachers wearing name badges are allowed to enter the venue.
04. Each presentation is allotted 8 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A, for a total of 10 minutes. Time reminders will be provided as follows:
• At the 5th minute: 1 bell + sign indicating remaining time
• At the 7th minute: 1 bell + sign indicating remaining time
• At the 8th minute: 2 bells + sign indicating end of presentation
• At the 10th minute: 2 bells + sign indicating end of Q&A
Example: If the session starts at 8:30 AM, the first presenter will finish at 8:40 AM, the second at 8:50 AM, and so on. If the first presenter starts at 8:33 AM, they must still finish their presentation and Q&A by 8:40 AM. All participants must strictly adhere to the schedule. While one presenter is presenting, the next should wait as instructed by the staff.
05.The standard presentation time is 8 minutes. If necessary, the order of presentations may be adjusted with the moderator’s approval.
06. A 2-minute Q&A session may be held after each presentation, or, based on the moderator’s instructions, all questions and comments may be conducted at the end of the session.
07.When asking questions, please state your name and affiliation. Each person is allowed to speak once.
08. Each conference room will have a computer on the podium. All presenters must use the provided computer for their presentation.
09. Presenters and moderators must arrive on time and follow the session schedule. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
10.Before the end of each session, presenters, co-authors, and the moderator are requested to take a group photo.
11. Presenters must wear formal attire during their presentations.
12. The content of each presentation represents the views of the presenter only and does not reflect the stance of the event organizers.
13. Presenters must bring their presentation files and save them to the podium computer at least 30 minutes before the session begins. Please ensure your file is compatible with Office 2019 or later, or in PDF format.
