Payment Information

1. 論文審稿結果將寄通知信通知。若您的論文獲得接受，通知信中將附上繳費連結，請於收到論文接受通知後再行繳費。

2. 未投稿之與會者，請待收到繳費通知後再行繳費。

3. 計算繳費費用，費用包括大會活動手冊、午餐餐盒、茶水、名牌等。繳費費用如下 (請在收到論文接受通知後再行繳費，與會者請待收到繳費通知後再行繳費):

與會者（無投稿）每人報名費用新台幣1,500元。
中文論文投稿每篇新台幣1,500元。
英文論文投稿每篇新台幣2,000元。
需公務員或技師認證時數／積分之投稿者或參與者，報名費用為新台幣2,000元。
為鼓勵同學加入「台灣營建管理學會」，本次會議特別提供首次申請成為該學會學生會員之同學優惠投稿價格。首次投稿之優惠價格為新台幣 1,400 元，包含以下兩項費用：

論文投稿暨會議報名費：1,300 元

台灣營建管理學會學生會員入會費：100 元

此優惠僅適用於第一篇中文論文的投稿。

若同一作者投稿第二篇或以上的中文論文，則每篇費用為新台幣 1,500 元（不再享有首次投稿優惠）。

4. 收到論文審稿結果通知信後，請填寫通知信中附上的「繳費表單」，並使用審稿結果通知信中所附的「繳費連結」完成繳費。

5. 本次活動採用綠界科技 ECPay 線上繳費系統。每篇接受論文須分別繳費（每篇繳費一次），每位與會者亦須個別繳費（每人繳費一次）。完成繳費後，電子發票將自動寄送至您所填寫的電子信箱，請務必確認信箱正確。

6. 若同一作者發表兩篇（含）以上論文，請於同一繳費表單中，分別上傳每篇論文對應的發票 PDF 檔。

7. 若同篇論文之其他作者未完成報名與繳費，雖可列名於論文集，但無法領取大會活動手冊等相關資料。

發票說明

Invoice Information

1. 本活動全面採用電子發票，付款完成後系統將自動開立並寄送至您填寫的電子信箱，不另寄送紙本發票。

2. 如需單位報帳核銷，請於付款時正確填寫單位【抬頭】與【統一編號】。依據《統一發票使用辦法》，電子發票一經開立即不得更改。

3. 繳費截止後恕不接受退費；未出席者視同放棄，亦不予退費。

4. 主辦單位保留審核報名資格、調整時間或場地等之權利。

1. A notification email will be sent regarding the review result. If your paper is accepted, the email will include a payment link. Please proceed with the payment only after receiving the acceptance notification.

2. For participants who did not submit a paper, please wait until you receive the payment notice before making any payment.

3. The payment fee covers the conference program booklet, lunch box, beverages, name badge, and other related costs. The payment fees are as follows:

For participants (without paper submission), the registration fee is NT$1,500 per person.
For Chinese paper submissions, the fee is NT$1,500 per paper.
For English paper submissions, the fee is NT$2,000 per paper.
For participants or authors requiring certification of hours/credits for government employees or technicians, the registration fee is NT$2,000.
To encourage students to join the Taiwan Construction Management Society, the conference offers a special discounted submission price for students applying to become members of the society for the first time.
The discounted price for first-time submissions is NT$1,400, which includes the following two fees:

Paper submission and conference registration fee: NT$1,300

Taiwan Construction Management Society student membership fee: NT$100

This discount is only applicable to the submission of the first Chinese paper.

If the same author submits a second or more Chinese papers, the fee for each paper will be NT$1,500 (the first-time submission discount no longer applies).

4. After receiving the paper review result notification email, please complete the "Payment Form" attached in the email and use the "Payment Link" provided in the review result notification email to finalize the payment.

5. This event uses the ECPay online payment system by Green World Technology.

Each accepted paper requires a separate payment (one payment per paper), and each participant must also make an individual payment (one payment per person).

After completing the payment, an electronic invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. Please make sure your email address is correct.

6. If the same author is submitting two or more papers, please upload the corresponding invoice PDF files for each paper separately in the same payment form.

7. If other authors of the same paper have not completed registration and payment, they will still be listed in the conference proceedings, but they will not be able to receive the conference program booklet or other related materials.

By becoming a student member of the Taiwan Construction Management Society, in addition to enjoying the discount for submitting your first Chinese paper, you will also be eligible to participate in the Taiwan Construction Management Society's Master's and Doctoral Thesis Award selection.

Each paper requires a single payment, to be made by the corresponding author (Corresponding Author)

1. Electronic invoices will be used for this event. Once payment is completed, the system will automatically issue the invoice and send it to the email address you provided. No paper invoices will be issued.

2. If reimbursement by an institution is required, please make sure to correctly fill in the organization’s name and Unified Business Number at the time of payment. According to the Uniform Invoice Usage Regulations, once an electronic invoice is issued, it cannot be modified.

3. No refunds will be issued after the payment deadline. Absentees will be considered as forfeiting their participation and will not be refunded.

4. The organizer reserves the right to review registration eligibility, and to adjust the schedule, venue, or other arrangements as necessary.
