1. 填寫報名表單:
主辦單位會以所提供之「電子郵件地址」進行資料追蹤及更新,故請勿以相同的電子郵件地址重覆報名。
若同一作者有多篇論文,請使用一個電子郵件填寫報名表一次即可。
若同一篇論文有多位作者,請選出一位填寫報名表一次即可。
若需更新填答內容,請點選通知信上方「編輯作答內容」連結進行修改,最後修改期限以網站公告日期為準。

2. 投稿
投稿開始:2025年5月12日(星期一)
投稿截止:2025年6月01日(星期日)
3. 將寄出審稿結果通知信,請等待論文審稿結果通知
4. 繳費
論文審稿結果將寄出通知信。若您的論文獲得接受,通知信中將附上繳費連結,請於收到論文接受通知後再行繳費。
未投稿之與會者,請待收到繳費通知後再行繳費。
5. 待完成繳費相關程序並經確認無誤後,方可視為完成報名程序。
1. Fill out the registration form:
The organizer will use the provided email address to track and update information. Therefore, please do not register multiple times using the same email address.
If the same author has multiple papers, please use one email address to complete the registration only once.
If one paper has multiple authors, please designate one person to complete the registration only once.
To update your responses, please click the “Edit your response” link at the top of the confirmation email. The deadline for modifications will be based on the date announced on the official website.
Please remember to submit your entry after completing the registration form!!!

3. A notification email with the review results will be sent. Please wait for the review outcome of your paper.
4. Make a payment.
A notification email regarding the paper review results will be sent. If your paper is accepted, the email will include a payment link. Please make the payment only after receiving the acceptance notification.
For participants not submitting a paper, please wait until you receive the payment notice before proceeding with the payment.
5. Only after the payment process has been completed and verified will your registration be considered finalized.
