Register your participation with National PTA and NJPTA by 10/31/26
Decide whether you will hold an all-digital entry, all physical entries, or hybrid Reflections program.
Establish contact with your Council or County PTA Coordinator to learn your advancing deadline.
Promote the current year’s theme.
Distribute program rules, guidelines, and entry forms.
October/November 2026
Collect physical or digital entries.
November/December 2026
Host the judging event and advance your entries to the next level of judging by the due date.
December 2026 to May 2027
Recognize the students who participated and promote any future plans for the program.
