The experimental study of the vibration effect on a cantilever. A two-sided cantilever beam with a distributed mass is affected to a vibrating frequency loads at both ends. The model has two sensors, the first is at the center of the beam and the other is at the mass load. The frequency provided was set between 5 Hz and 75 Hz. For more understanding to the Vibration Monitoring, the mass load was considered in three different positions, 3 inches, 3.5 inches and 4 inches. The results collected were for the position, velocity and acceleration of the center and the mass load at each frequency. The calculated results were studied to acknowledge the effect of the frequency input to the system, when it is equal or close to the natural frequency of the system, in producing the resonance phenomena.
