Green Energy Lab (Research)

The laboratory is intended for research students. With modernization, the consumption of fossil fuels in various engines has increased massively, causing various problems to the environment. The problems such as air-pollution, Climate change, Global warming etc. To reduce the negative effects from such problems, we should look for sources of energy which are safe or less harmful to the environment.

Students can avail the following research facilities in Green Energy Laboratory.

Gas Chromatograph with Flame-ionization detection (FID)

Used to separate and detect the components of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters (FAME) present in biodiesel FID is used to detect the amount of carbon in a sample of FAME
