BGB 2021 Call for Papers

As part of the BGB 2021, a paper presentation contest is being organized to understand the challenges faced by women professionals and students and how they have practically faced it.

This is an opportunity for women to help each other to take lessons and encourage one another to achieve greater heights together.

Paper Presentation

The paper presentation contest is being held in two categories:

• Professionals

• Students

Papers can be a maximum of 2 pages and should highlight the challenge faced and the personal initiative that has been taken to overcome the challenge.

Topic ideas for paper:

• Work Home Balance

• COVID and Productivity

• Social Network Addiction and Productivity

• Lack of Mentorship

• Stereotyping in Profession

• PhD and Family Balance

• Mental Stress

• Academics and Lack of Industrial Exposure

• Body Shaming

• Identity Theft and Fake profiles

• Academics vs Professional Activities- Challenges and Opportunities

Best paper will be selected by an expert committee and separate awards will be given in both the categories.

• 1^st prize – Rs.3000/-

• 2^nd prize – Rs.2000/-

• 3^rd prize – Rs.1000/-

Submission Deadline: Dec 26, 2021

The contestants will be given an opportunity to present their paper on the second day of BGB and prizes will be declared on Dec 29, 2021.

This will be a great opportunity to network, improve your presentation skills especially for students and learn from one another’s experience to make the tomorrow better.
