IEEE Malabar Subsection and Women In Engineering Malabar Subsection (WiE) along with NIT Calicut, is organizing a two-day online workshop for women in engineering, entitled “Beyond Glass Barriers”. The aim of this workshop is to inspire, empower and lead budding women in the area of engineering and technology. Eminent women personalities from engineering, academia, and industry deliver sessions on various topics, including professional leadership, personal branding, entrepreneurship, and start-ups.
