The whole STEM.LD community will engage in orientation training that builds a common understanding of what great, engaging STEM instruction looks like. This foundation will set the stage for deeper work educators and schools do with partners. The experience and time to engage in content will vary based on your role.
All STEM.LD school community members will engage in asynchronous training

School instructional leaders—administration and individuals supporting the professional growth of STEM educators—will also participate in additional synchronous learning.
For Teachers and Instructional Leaders
All STEM.LD school community members—educators and instructional leadership in each school—will engage in learning about how to use the core principles of effective and engaging STEM instruction to make the TN Academic Standards accessible for all kids. For each session, you will have the opportunity to attend synchronously or asynchronously.
