Turn in your technology devices to the designated place or your front office and confirm with your administrator on duty.
For a list of devices checked out to your name, you can get this from Technology or from HelpDesk (817-698-1000).
If you have a passcode on your iPad, PLEASE remove it or leave it on a post it note with the device.
Settings → Touch ID & Passcode → Enter Current Password → Turn Passcode Off
Please sign out of your Apple ID from iPad or leave the password on a post it note with the device.
Settings → Click your name/Apple ID → Sign Out
If your iPad says "Sign in to your iPad" at the top, there is no Apple ID and this step is not needed.
Store remote control, cables, and cords in a gallon Ziploc bag and leave it on your desk in the classroom.
All phones must be left plugged in.
DO NOT MOVE PHONES.
Phones are connected to the room number; moving a phone will disrupt the 911 emergency response system.
If there is a reason to relocate the phone, put in a Helpdesk so that technology can move it.
Make sure all classroom devices have personal stickers removed and devices have been sanitized properly.
What can be used to clean the laptops and Chromebooks?
Lysol/Clorox Wipes - all surfaces
Disinfectant Spray - all surfaces
GooGone or Hand Sanitizer- Removes personal stickers (Do not use on the device screen)
Dry Erase marker - Removes permanent marker
Create a helpdesk ticket for technology repairs such as broken chromebooks, chargers, or elementary chromebook towers
Place assigned Chromebooks in Chromebook towers for the students in your classroom
Lock Chromebook tower
Include Chromebook tower keys when turning in room keys
Return chargers that are not connected to the tower to the library.
Return any extra Chromebooks not in the tower to the library.
Return unassigned chargers to the tech room.
Return unassigned Chromebooks to the tech room.
