planning for chaperones

Teachers can have campus-selected parent chaperones:

• • 1 chaperone to every 5 students in Kindergarten/1st grades

  • 3 chaperones per class for 2nd - 5th grades

Any volunteer at a campus has to complete a background check.

Teachers are responsible for selecting chaperones and letting all them know if they are selected or not. 
Chaperones are required to attend an OLC training immediately before their campus visit. 

This information will be sent to you, and directly to chaperones from Allyson Luppy.

If they are not on our list for your campus visit, we will not let them on campus.
