Confidently, I am able to filter actions and ensure that sequential steps align with the overall goal, not detract from it. This strength allows me to objectively evaluate individual actions and focus intentionally on the “important.”

As campus leader, I enjoy facing complex situations and managing each variable to ensure maximum productivity. This strength has an added value to the program by diversifying traditional thinking, which is required to help solve ever changing and complex problems faced by educational leaders in the twenty-first century.
